There's been thousands of Spider-Man comics over 60-70 years and "Spidey crouching" is not an uncommon shot. But there are a few ways this makes more sense, especially given the context of LEGO Spider-Man and his world. The fact that someone like LEGO Spider-Man would throw himself into dour multiversal work despite his world being comparatively bright and cheery speaks to his willingness to fight the good fight alongside Miguel.
